COMING BACK IN NOVEMBER 2020

Yoga & HIIT combined with optimal alignment and a powerful breathing practice will give you maximum benefits such as calorie burn, tone and sculpt, weight-loss, strength, endurance and flexibility. Not to mention detox of your internal organs and an increase in your metabolic rate by 15% after you shred.

These practices are short: quality versus quantity for optimal results, you will also receive:

  • We will offer 3 Yoga Shred practices spread over the week spread in service of muscle recovery. The shreds will amp up to 3.5 - 4 rounds of HIIT with Yoga for maximum benefits. Shreds will focus on cardio, booty blast, arm strength and sculpt and core and back tone.

  • One weekly Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga & Stretch to stimulate hormones, organs, central nervous system and vital systems of the body & mind. This will benefit coordination, balance, stability, mobility and flexibility. Enjoy a release of the fascia for your body as well as calm your active mind.

  • Healthy recipes from Cecilia Ayoub who is a functional medicine and nutritionist and coach as well as a yoga teacher and yoga shred instructor.

  • Wellness Tips you can apply to your weekly home routine that are affective and help support cleansing and clearing of your filter organs, improve breathing and enhance emotional and mental wellbeing.

  • NEW - Pose clinics (these are short videos to show you each yoga shred move and make sure you are hitting the alignment in the pose as well as looking at the modifications for each level.

This will be offered to limited students with a private facebook virtual delivery and support group.

LIVES WILL BE ON:

SATURDAY - MONDAY - WEDNESDAY (these are all Yoga Shreds)

Saturday - 10:30am (can be done later in the day)

Monday - 5:00pm (can be done earlier or later)

Wednesday - 5:00pm (can be done later that day)

You will be granted access to our private facebook page where you can access all other Core Strength Vinyasa (Yoga) only classes, recipes, wellness tips and pose clinics for anatomy and alignment of shreds and poses.

Good news: If you cannot make the live time, the videos will be there all day in our private facebook group so we only ask that you find another time to do the video that day, so we all stay on the same schedule and recovery times. The exception is Thursday which can be done on Friday.
