We will offer 3 Yoga Shred practices spread over the week spread in service of muscle recovery. The shreds will amp up to 3.5 - 4 rounds of HIIT with Yoga for maximum benefits. Shreds will focus on cardio, booty blast, arm strength and sculpt and core and back tone.
One weekly Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga & Stretch to stimulate hormones, organs, central nervous system and vital systems of the body & mind. This will benefit coordination, balance, stability, mobility and flexibility. Enjoy a release of the fascia for your body as well as calm your active mind.
