Sasha found yoga and meditation 12 years ago whilst she was at her lowest low and in a space of pain and loss. It was meditation and the power of presence and gratitude which helped ease her emotional pain and led her on a journey to help others live more healthy, happy and purposeful lives. This is when she founded Let’s Go Yoga Middle East.
She began teaching vinyasa yoga and sadly within a few years she developed a series of injuries and was in immense physical pain. She was ready to give up her passion, until she stumbled across Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga & its founder Sadie Nardini.
Within 3 months of practicing a more anatomical intelligent style of yoga she cured 85% of her injuries.
Sasha teaches a weekly Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga for all levels to help her students detox by unravelling heavy mental thought patterns, helps them build strength, balance, flexibility, in a smart structure, inclusive to their own unique bones and bodies.
She is extensively educated in the anatomy of the body and alignment of yoga, as well as offers her community yoga teacher training certifications which are rooted in anatomy and vast variety of knowledge.
She hosts quarterly retreats, has a series of online programs for various styles of yoga, corporate wellness and prenatal health. Sasha has recently begun her journey in motivational speaking on wellbeing & health.
Sasha believes we are all on a constant journey of unfolding and every experience is there to teach us a lesson and walk us towards our next layer of self.
