Sasha came to this style of yoga with plenty of injuries and has found great strength, stability and growth both physically, mentally and emotionally through CSV. Sasha is also a Pregnancy & Kids Yoga Specialist and Teacher Trainer. Sasha is currently spreading her love for Yoga in the UAE. Anya: Founder of the UK's Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Training School, Registered Senior Yoga Teacher, Passionate Consciousness Warrior and master trainer for Sadie Nardini, Anya teaches with clarity, authentic expression and a message of positive self-centering. Anya brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and FUN to the training.
WHAT IS CSV?
Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is a transitional style.
Break linear and move biomechanically not traditionally for optimal STRENGTH and SAFETY within vinyasa-based practices.
Its new-generation alignment uses Myofascial Muscle Meridians as a primary tool for function and flow. This movement methodology can be applied to any yoga style empowering students and teachers to their next level.
CSV YOGA IS AN EMPOWERING, CORE-INTEGRATED, VINYASA-BASED STYLE (OR METHODOLOGY) OF YOGA WITH AN INJECTION OF CUTTING-EDGE ANATOMY AND BIOMECHANICS INFORMATION AND MODERN DAY LANGUAGE AND CONCEPTS STEEPED IN TRADITION.
FORMAT:
September - December 2020 and January - March 2021 (all weekend dates) spread for convenience.
Online Anatomy portion (20 hours) - this portion will dig deeper into biomechanics, anatomy, fascia and safety of yoga poses and their structures. This is delivered by anatomy and yoga expert Lesile Kaminoff.
Additional online content will be provided to reaffirm in person content and give trainees more practice time throughout the duration of the training months. These hours will also add towards the trainee’s certification.

“Six years ago, after I had my mastectomy I was not able to do a lot of the poses in Yoga, I continued anyway because of the benefits yoga brought to my mental and emotional health. A couple of years later I met Sasha Quince and I discovered Core Strength Vinyasa. I absolutely fell in love with her style and this practice because I discovered how by moving along my deep core line I was able to do a lot of the poses that I was struggling with and still get a good stretch feeling strong and stable. I love the fact that in this type of yoga we create an intention of empowerment in every single class. I feel like it is not only the greatest workout but the greatest therapy. I feel empowered and I am not so afraid of stepping out of my comfort zone anymore, in fact, I step out of it all the time nowadays!.
